Marching Hawk Itinerary - VMBC Dominion; October 12, 2019
10:45am - Arrive at Hayfield
11:00am - Rehearse in stadium
12:00pm - Lunch (Bring with you), load equipment truck, and change into uniforms
1:00pm - Board buses, depart Hayfield Secondary School
2:00pm - Arrive at Dominion HS, 21326 Augusta Dr, Sterling, VA 20164 , unload buses and equipment
3:05pm - Warm-Up
4:20pm - Gate
4:30pm - Performance
After our performance, we will return to the buses and equipment truck to drop off equipment. Both buses will be returning to the school at this time.
5:15pm - Depart for Hayfield
6:15pm - Arrive at Hayfield, students help unload equipment and dismiss on own.
What to Bring
- Black shoes, black socks, black 2019 MH t-shirt
- Money for concessions
- Instrument and all instrument supplies
